Alec Owens starts as Post Doc in CMI

Alec will work on high-accuracy variational simulations of rovibrational dynamics of molecules subject to extreme rotational excitations, the so-called molecular super-rotors. The primary goal of his research is to investigate the response of molecular super-rotors to external electric fields and its interplay with emerging unique optical properties. We are looking forward for new exciting results.
