Nicole Teschmit

Graduate Student

Center for Free-Electron Laser Science (CFEL)
Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY
Notkestrasse 85 (building 49a, room 211)
22607 Hamburg

Nicole develops techniques for the vaporization and cooling of large molecules. The resulting cold beams allow strong control over the molecular motion. She will separate the individual conformers of these molecules and align or orient them in space. The samples will be characterized with Coulomb explosion velocity map imaging experiments.
