Amine Gourram joins CMI as Doctoral Student

01 August, 2017

Amine starts from August 2017 as a PhD student in the CMI COMOTION team.

Amine develops novel strategies for electrospray vaporization of biological samples. The electrospray sources will be able to generate aerosols of small nanoparticles with high efficiency. While operating in the cone-jet mode, the electrosprayed liquid droplets carrying the biological sample will be reduced in size through series of coulomb fission and sample evaporation, which will eventually leave only the isolated particles of interest. For more information see his personal page.
